Breakfast was excellent , Burcher muesli to die for and very friendly staff . Apero was enhanced by the excellent service from Francisco. Dinner in the La Bodega del Green was of a high standard . The Tapas evening was a stand out and the service from Jose and Carlos was a definite plus. The room we had was clean with a beautiful aspect over the golf course of Son Vida. Which brings me to the golf , it was a delight to play these three great courses not just once but twice as we had the golf unlimited package . Transfers were very well organised and the staff at all three courses were very welcoming and helpful. Overall we had a very relaxing eight nights vacation.

Unfortunately there just a few negatives and hopefully commenting on them may result in some improvement to the overall experience for future guests. Firstly reception , which whilst generally helpful seemed to be permanently under staffed creating some queues at times . Secondly housekeeping seemed to have a problem in replacing water and toiletries , Lastly and probably the most annoying was the lack of clarity in the booking process that failed to point out that there was a 21 pct VAT charge on top which for us was a substantial amount .
